Privacy at PixLite

PixLite processes images inside your browser. Image files, filenames, image bytes, SVG source, EXIF data, and image-derived identifiers are not uploaded by the compressor.

Anonymous product analytics

The application includes a privacy-filtered analytics interface, but its provider is disabled by default. If a deployment explicitly enables a provider later, PixLite permits only coarse fields such as image format, file-size bucket, saving bucket, duration bucket, selected mode, result type, error code, and batch-size bucket.

Analytics must never contain filenames, paths, files, blobs, buffers, image or pixel content, SVG source, EXIF data, or an image hash. Exact file size, exact saving, and exact processing duration are converted into broad buckets before an event reaches a provider.

Local downloads and session data

Previews and compressed results remain in the current browser tab as temporary Blob URLs. PixLite revokes them when results are replaced, removed, cleared, or the page closes. ZIP archives are assembled locally.
